I have enjoyed practicing law in Northwestern Ohio. I have a diverse civil practice which includes representing persons involved in serious automobile accidents. In recent years, I have taken pride in challenging many insurance companies on various issues. Over the past few years, the insurance industry has implemented the process of challenging injured victims by offering them less than full value to settle their claim. In my opinion, this method is forcing those persons to settle when, in actuality, they may fair better in court. This "low balling" method is earning these companies substantial profits. As a Plaintiff's advocate, I am prepared to litigate even the smallest of cases in order to protect my client from the unlimited financial coffers of the insurance industry.
